We have found that when people think that this is fraud or a scam, they waste A LOT of our time and they never move forward. When people think that this is a fraud or scam, they spend all of their time trying to convince us of “why they should not do it”. If you don’t want to join this passive income program, please don’t waste our time by trying to convince us why you shouldn’t do it. Please stop the process and think about it some more and if you change your mind, we would love to have you in our passive income program.

Yes, we are registered with both the state of Georgia and the federal government under CEDRICKLEGGETT.COM, LLC, 401 E. 16th. Ave., Suite-C, Cordele, Ga. 31015. That address is also our location, we have been at the same business location area for the past 15 years.

Are you registered with the Better Business Bureau?

What is your Duns & Bradstreet or D&B or Dun & Brad number?

What is your MC & DOT number?

We will give that to you once we know which platform or freight partner that you will be working with. We have several different freight partners, direct shippers and freight lanes. We also have different platforms that we use.

How old is the Trucking Authority?

It depends on which one but they all are several years old.

Do I need to set up a company or an LLC?

You are not required to but we can set up a company or an LLC for you or you can use your current company or LLC.

Do you charge to set up a company or an LLC?

It’s already included in the price that you pay.

Can I get a refund?

Sorry but won’t be able to give a refund. We have agreements with companies, vendors, and suppliers. They don’t allow us to come back to them and get a refund. Once we pay for equipment, trucks, trailers, labor, etc we won’t be able to get the money back.

Can I LEGALLY hide this asset/program if there are others that I don’t want to know about it?

Yes, you can LEGALLY hide this asset physically and on paper from others without a trace. We will never do anything illegal and we follow all local, state and federal laws.

How much does it cost to LEGALLY hide this asset?

There will be a charge. You can speak with our administrative department about this because each situation is different. We will NEVER do anything illegal and we follow all local, state and federal laws.

Do all of your clients succeed?

No, they don’t and if we told you yes, that would be a lie. We have some clients, owners, drivers, etc that hurt themselves because they refuse to follow the program. They will start doing something totally different or doing their own thing, etc and it turns into problems and issues with them and their business.

Who are your customers and who do you partner & network with?

Who will I have an agreement with?

Your agreement will be with us and one of our direct customers above(see #4) and/or with us. We will know for sure once you are onboarded with us because we put you in the best lane(s) when you come aboard and since trucking changes a lot, we have to see what is currently best for your truck.

Can I talk to or get a list of some of your trucking automation clients?

Please consider the things below…..

Sorry but we will not be able to give the client's information. We had some problems with people contacting our clients. We actually had to stop it and we had to stop the calls to investors because the calls became too overwhelming for our clients. It's tough to get a client to agree to it because it's a lot of calls and texts. When we do get a client(s) to agree to it, after they see the amount of calls and texts that they get, they always come back to us and ask us not to give out their information anymore.

Problems that we had.....

Some people would only want to get certain information from our clients, they were not at all interested in buying, they only pretended to be interested.

Some people would try to go around us and partner with our clients.

Our clients became annoyed at multiple people calling them and wanting to spend a lot of time on the phone. It turned into more problems. And the main thing is….most of our clients/investors don’t want us giving out their information and phone numbers.

We had clients getting the wrong type of unwanted calls. In some cases, it turned into other things.

Things to consider.....

We currently have confidentiality with all of our clients.We also give all potential clients that are considering purchasing our office address that we have been at for the past 15 years.

We give all potential clients our Bank of America address and Bank of America account number & routing number. We have used Bank of America since 2003.

We sometimes do webinars with clients that are currently in our program and everyone gets to hear what they have to say. *We have several video testimonials on our website and business Facebook page.

Please consider this math....

We take 300 to 400 phone calls each month. Out of those 300 to 400 calls, about 50%(that's 150 to 200) of those people want to talk to current clients. If we gave 200 people our clients information and most of those 200 people call or text our clients.....that's VERY OVERWHELMING. This is why we have videos and webinars with current clients so that you can get the same information as if you called them and talked to them on the phone.

We hope this is not a deal breaker for you but we have to protect our confidentiality that we have with our clients and we also can't have our clients OVERWHELMED with phone calls and text messages. Please place yourself in their shoes, most people would not want 100 to 150 people calling or texting them on a continuous basis. If it is a deal breaker for you, we certainly understand and we still Love you the same.

Do you have financing options?

Yes, we do and we literally have over 45 different options. We can get most people financed and if you are denied, we can have you ready for funding in 3 to 6 months. If you are interested, our funding & finance department will call you and go over the options with you. We have several clients that have been approved for $10,000 to $200,000. There is a 9.9% finders fee that the finance companies charge you, only if you are approved. You can schedule a call with us or you can send us a message on our Facebook business page.

However, you can call the major banks credit card department yourself and get approved and you won’t have to pay the 9.9% finders fee.

What companies do you use for financing?

There are many different options and our funding & finance team will call you and go over the best options with you.

What is the name of your financing & funding company?

We have a finance and funding department. It’s all under our one company name, CEDRICKLEGGETT.COM, LLC. We don’t distribute the money ourselves but we have multiple lenders, banks, financial institutions that we work with.

If the profits are good each month, why isn’t everyone doing this?

Everyone can not afford to do it. We don’t have spots for everyone to do it. Some people don’t even know about doing it. We can only advertise to a certain number of people. It’s impossible to advertise to everyone and we don’t want to advertise to everyone.

Can I use my credit card to pay for the trucking automation program?

Yes, you can but you will have to sign a credit card agreement for chargeback protections.Yes, you can but you will have to sign a credit card agreement for chargeback protections.

Can I get a SBA loan for this?

Sorry but you would have to contact banks and/or the SBA for that answer. SBA loans take 6 weeks to 20 weeks to get, if you are approved.

Can I get a small business administration loan for this?

Sorry but you would have to contact the small business administration for that answer.

Does Cedrick operate a fleet of semi trucks?

? Yes, Cedrick has several trucks in the fleet that we operate on a daily basis.

How many trucks do you and your team manage for other clients?

It changes but collectively it’s over 100 trucks and growing rapidly.

Can I see your personal financials?

Sorry but we do not show our personal records, we own more than 1 company. We would be glad to show you profit and loss statements from trucks.

Can I talk to Cedrick before I make my decision or purchase?

Yes, if you are serious and ready to move forward but please don’t waste our time. Thank you.

Can I talk to Cedrick after I am in the program and I have questions or problems?

Please understand that Cedrick is the CEO of the company and is busy being the CEO. We have management, departments and people in place to help you with anything that you will need. Management and other departments will be able to help you quicker and better than Cedrick can.

If Cedrick got on every requested call, we would not have a business. It’s impossible for 1 man to get on every requested call. This is why we have other people in place to help you with anything and everything.

Does your trucking automation program include the truck?

Yes, it does, It’s a lease to purchase program. The client will put the truck in their LLC name and you will own the truck after you make all of your payments.

What is the difference between your programs?

The trucking automation program allows you to choose between 1 truck, 2 trucks or 3 trucks, everything else will be the same.

Our CEO program is a special program that allows you to make more profits and get special deals directly from the CEO’s office.

Do the trucks have GPS?

Yes, they have tracking system

How long before I can start making money?

It’s normally 45 to 90 days after your truck has been purchased or leased.

How long does it take to get the driver?

It normally takes 30 to 60 days after you have your truck. Sometimes we have drivers waiting but not all the time.

Is there a driver shortage?

No, there is no driver shortage. We pay our drivers good pay, they drive good equipment and they have constant and consistent work, so we will get a driver.

Once I pay and I am in the program, who do I contact when I have questions, issues, concerns, etc.?

We have different departments that handle different things. It will depend on your question or issue but rest assured, we will be able to help you with everything.

Where will the truck be parked?

The trucks are out on the road making money most of the time. The drivers will take the truck home with them when they have days off. There are truck parking locations all over the U.S. and the U.S. government is investing in parking locations all over the nation. The platforms that we use have locations/terminals all over the nation and are still adding.

Do you have a maintenance account for my truck?

Yes, we do and we take care of all of the maintenance.

Where do your loads come from?

We have been in the trucking industry for years and running our own business for more than 15 years and we have built up a large network of companies and shippers that we partner with. We have direct customers and we have dedicated routes/lanes. We also have a great network of freight brothers, sisters and partners.

How much total money do I need for this?

We have different options but currently our prices start at $15,000 and go up to $100,000, depending on the program that you choose.

Is this really all inclusive?

Yes it is, you pay and we take care of everything from A to Z.

How much will my monthly payments be?

The lease monthly payments will be an estimated $1,900 to $2,500. The amount will be dependent upon things like year, make, model, miles, etc.

How much will my interest be?

This will be determined by factors such as year, make, model and miles but it is very reasonable

Is my return on investment(ROI) guaranteed?

We won’t be able to guarantee ROI. No business can guarantee ROI. 100% of ALL business ventures have risks involved. As long as we can control things, you will have good returns but if there is ever a time(s) that things are out of our control, then that may or may not affect your ROI. An example of something that is uncontrollable is Covid 19. Another example is some type of national or state(s) catastrophe(s)

We do have an Owner Operator network that we use to protect your investment and it’s similar to an escrow account. We use profits from our Owner Operator trucks to make sure that you don’t lose money at the end of the 42 months.

How much if I wanted to add an additional truck(s)?

We have all of the prices on our website. If we need to, we can discuss this via a phone call if you have more specific questions.

When will the price change back to the original prices for the trucking automation programs?

We do reserve the right to to change prices but we plan on keeping the prices low as long as we can.

Are there any annual or renewal fees?

There are no annual fees. Anytime that you want to add trucks, we have the prices on our website.

How often do we see payments?

You will receive payments only once per month.

Can I write off the expenses from the truck?

It will be limited to certain insurance and monthly payments for your truck(s) payment. It will get the truck for you, sorry but you will not be able to write off the expenses. The truck will be leased under one of our companies and we will write off the expenses.

Do you file my taxes for me?

It is possible but you will need to speak to our administrative department.

Do I pay taxes after you give me my settlement?

Sorry but we are tax attorneys or accountants, you will need to seek a professional to answer that question.

) How will I get paid?

You will receive a direct deposit each month for your profits.

Will get a 1099 or W2 at the end of the year?

You will get a 1099 at the end of the year.

Do you offer discounts?

If you get more than 3 trucks, we can discuss a discount.

Do you hire SAP drivers that had previous drug and/or alcohol situations?

There is a possibility, each situation is different.

Does Cedrick have a CDL license?

Yes, he does, he got my CDL license several years ago. He started his trucking business and drove OTR(over the road). He teaches all of this from experience and learned from two older brothers who have been doing this for over 25 years.

Does Cedrick still drive trucks?

No, he stopped several years ago to focus on building and growing the company

Does Cedrick own a trucking company?

I started my own trucking companies and sold them for a profit in the past and became a silent partner in 2 larger trucking companies that are still operating today with GREAT ROIs!

Do I have professionals that help me with this business?

Yes, first, I have a GREAT internal team, you can see most of them on our about page on our website. Second, I have a law firm that handles all of our internal and external legal matters and I have an accounting firm that handles all financial matters. I also have a great team of freight brothers, sisters and partners.

What ongoing expenses do you pay?

It’s all on the Profit & Loss Statements. The truck advisor can email that to you.

How much do you charge in Annual fees?

How much is your management fee?

We charge 20% from the gross revenue.

How many trucks should I start with?

We recommend starting with 1 to 3 trucks in the beginning and you can always scale up later.

How long does business credit take to build and finish?

It could be 6 to 12 months or even longer. It will mainly depend on you.

How much do trucks cost?

An estimated $60,000 to $80,000 for used trucks. An estimated $150,000 to $250,000 for new trucks

If I bought my own truck, would you help with that?

Yes, but it would have to pass with an excellent inspection.

Do the trucks have warranties?

Warranties and maintenance and repair funds are available.

What are the requirements to lease a truck?

You will need to have your down payment money and you can not have a recent bankruptcy

How long will the truck last?

If a truck is well maintained, it can last an estimated 7 to 15 years.

How much diesel will the truck use?

An estimated $1,300 to $1,700 per week but diesel is a variable and it will change depending on other things but our fuel program will allow you to save up to $.70 cents off per gallon at the pump. Locations, terrain, regions all play a part in diesel prices also.

Are there other savings that I can benefit from?

Yes, we teach all of the drivers all of the savings, tips and tricks and we have several programs that allow you to save, such as discount tire programs and other discounts.

Who owns the truck?

You will own the truck after all of your payments have been made, unless we get the truck for you.

Do I have to buy a trailer?

You don’t have to buy a trailer. We do have trailers to rent per week. Our trailers are $190 to $400 per week. This will depend on the year, make, model, etc.

Can I have your client's phone number/information?

Sorry, but that is against privacy policy and rules and most of our clients do not want their information given out. Our law firm has advised us not to give out the client’s information anymore.

Can I see Profit & Loss statements?

Yes, our sales advisory team can email you profit and loss statements.

Is this a good time to get into the trucking industry?

Yes it is. The trucking industry overall is definitely down from 2 to 3 years ago but NOTHING stays down forever! There are a lot of companies that are still making very good profits each and every day. Even though some companies are down and some people are getting lower rates, that doesn’t mean that everyone is getting low rates. Also, we have some dedicated freight and lanes/routes. We also have direct customers. Our premium rates are $2.75 to $4 per mile. With those things in mind, it is a GREAT time to get into the trucking industry with us because we have constant/consistent work and it pays very well.

Will your constant/consistent and good paying loads run out?

No, they will not, most of it is locked in and it will be even higher once the trucking industry overall builds back up and also this is not something that we just started. A lot of these companies, we have been working with for many years. Also, we have new direct customers that contact us all the time to haul their freight.

Is there a time contract?

You will make profits indefinitely. We will work with you as long as your truck lasts or until you get a new truck(s).

Will I have to pay taxes in other states?

You do not have to pay taxes in other states. We take care of all of the fuel taxes in each state.

What are fuel taxes?

These are taxes that are charged to commercial trucks when you purchase fuel in each state.

What states will my truck operate in?

We are licensed to operate in 48 states. The truck will operate in most of the 48 states and possibly all 48.

Where exactly does my money go when I pay my money?

We explain it on our website and we can explain it to you via a video call or a phone call.

How many miles per week will my truck go?

Approximately 3000 to 4000

What are the freight rates or rate per mile?

It will vary depending on different things such as what type of freight. We haul dry van, flatbed, refrigerated(reefer) and specialized freight.

The flatbed & reefer rates are an estimated $2.70 to $3.50 per mile. The Dry van rates will be an estimated $2 to $3 per mile. Rates will change from time to time.

How much profit will I make?

Our current data shows that trucks are making an estimated $2,500 to $4,000 per truck. Profits will change and vary depending on the industry and the market. Our website will always have the most current information.

Why not just do this yourself?

Why do you need investors? I could write a book about this question but I will list a few important things to answer the question.

(A) We do have our own personal fleet of trucks but we also have different products that we offer such as Trucking Automation and that allows quicker and faster growth. For example, banks want to see you hit 100 million before they will loan you the 200 million or 300 million but adding investors is interest free and quicker and everyone makes money and you don't even need the bank.

(B) You can only go so far by ourselves.

(C) Diversity - Diversity creates more relationships, partnerships, ideas, more money and it opens bigger doors. Making millions may be easy for us but making billions may require outside help. There are some doors that I will never be able to enter but my partner, clients, investors can enter those doors.

(D) We have made a lot of money and we do really well but when you try to 100% eat the whole pie, you bring on a lot more problems. That's why Billionaires like Warren Buffett, Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, etc don't try to have the whole 100% to themselves, they all only own a small percent of their company. They can get more accomplished by allowing others to get some of the pie. Bill Gates & Mark Zuckerberg created multipleBillionaires by allowing others into their businesses and their legacy will be known as helping others achieve also.

How long is the truck lease?

The truck lease will be 24 to 42 months. After you make all of the payments, you will get the title to the truck(s)

What type of trucks do we buy/lease?

Most brands except for Internationals.

Are the trucks new or used?

The trucks are used.

Is the lease payment(s) included in the price?

It is not, the monthly lease amount will be paid to the vendor or supplier.

How can I become a driver?

We can email and or text you the driver application.

How can I become an Owner Operator?

We can email and or text you the driver application.

Do you have a lease to purchase program for drivers and owner operators?

Yes, we do but you will need to speak to our recruiting department. We can email and or text you the information.

How much do drivers get paid?

An estimated $1,700 to $2,500, depending on their experience.

Do drivers get benefits?

Benefits are offered to drivers, it is optional.

What happens if there is an accident or a fatality?

You or your company are not responsible, involved or named, our insurance company will handle everything. No one can ever come and sue you or attempt to sue you because there will not be anything attached to your name or your company name.

What happens if the driver gets tickets and toll fees?

You or your company are not responsible, involved or named, we will handle everything. Nothing is attached to you or your company name.

Can you help me if I don’t have the money and my credit is not good enough?

Yes, we can start your business on paper and build your business credit and show you how to get funding after you complete the steps and the process. This will take 3 to 6 months. The Business Credit & Funding program is available to you.

Some of our clients get a partner, such as a relative, friend, etc and it makes it much easier for them. Example, if they want our 3 truck program that currently costs an estimated $95,000, that’s only $32,000 per person, rather than having to pay the entire amount alone.

Do you offer broker training?

Will my bank allow me to wire a large amount of money to pay for the Trucking Automation Program.?

Yes, it’s your money and you can do whatever you want to do with “your money”. You can also send it ACH but keep in mind that ACH transactions have a lower limit than a wire transfer.

BUT BEAWARE! THIS IS THE INFORMATION THAT NO BANK/BANKER WANTS

YOU TO KNOW!! Most banks, tellers, bankers, etc will use the “scare tactic” on you and try to get you not to do a wire or pay the money at all. The reason for this is….

The following statements are FACTS and we get this information from several of our

friends and clients that are bank Presidents, Vice Presidents and Executives at major

banks and medium banks.

(1) Banks/Bankers do not want you to take large amounts of money out of circulation from their bank. This means that they cannot use your money to lend to others and make profits from it.

(2) Banks can only use what they have available to them. So, if you remove a large amount of funds from circulation, it limits them tremendously as to what they can and cannot do. In other words, it hurts their business.

(3) They will get yelled at by their boss(es) and sometimes worse if they don’t stop you

or at least attempt to stop you from doing the bank wire or from removing the funds.

(4) Banks really want you to have a savings account with them to “save money” so that

they can USE YOUR MONEY to invest and pay you literally pennies of the profits that

they make using your money.

(5) Banks promote you having a savings account to save money but they don’t

save money, they take your money and go straight and invest it and they make A

LOT of profits from it.

(6) Bank employees are not rich and will not get rich by working at banks because the

average annual salaries at banks are only around $82,000. So, a person that is not a

millionaire themselves cannot tell me how or how not to become a millionaire because

the facts are….they have never done it. Banks/Bankers are good at telling you how to

save money so that they can use it and how to become a millionaire after 40 to 70 years

of savings in the bank. But there are other faster and better ways to millionaire status

versus 40 to 70 years of savings in the bank.

(7) I deal with a lot of banks and my bankers have NEVER given me life changing

information but other millionaires have given me countless life changing information.

(8) All banks have the same goal for you! They want you to save as much money as

possible and pay you as little money as possible in returns from your checking, savings,

CD, etc. This is why I personally take my money and invest it into multiple trucks and it

has paid off for me BIGTIME! And now, rather than the bank maybe paying me 1% of

ROI, I pay myself 20 to 30% of ROI from my multiple truck investments.

(9) I learned years ago all of these horrible tricks that the banks use on us and hide from

us and it turned me into a millionaire and billionaire is the next stop for me! But if I would

have listened to my bank/bankers and allowed my money to just sit with them, I would

just be mediocre and living a mediocre life at best, just like them!

(10) Banks are trying to hold onto YOUR money because it benefits them more than it

benefits you! They make way more profits from your money than you do!

(11) We have bankers that are currently in our Trucking Program and they all removed

money from their low producing bank account(s) to purchase our Trucking Automation

program.

THINGS TO CONSIDER ABOUT THE BANK “SCARE TACTIC”

(1) No bank can prove that we have EVER scammed ANYONE. If they could, none of

our banks would even deal with us, they all would shut our bank accounts down. We

have been in business with Bank of America, Navy Federal, USAA bank, Wells Fargo,

and Chase bank and other banks for years and we do multiple millions of dollars in

business without ANY issues.

(2) Banks have a limit of the amount that you can wire over the phone or online. You

may have to walk inside your bank and do the wire. They don’t always tell you this. If

you have a business account, you can wire more online and by phone. You can always

log into your bank account and it will tell you your max wire amount.

(3) You are also welcome to get a cashiers check from your bank and deposit it into our

Bank of America account or you can mail it to our office address with a tracking number

or you can bring it to our office.

(4) And let's just be real and use common sense here, what other methods or ways are

there to send large amounts of money. A bank wire or cashier's check are the only ways

to send large amounts of money.

(5) Last but not least, if your bank tries to use the scare tactic on you, simply ask them

to “prove by facts” that we are scammers or fraud. Not by them going online, on google

and “twisting & manipulating” things to favor what they are saying but by “cold hard

facts”.

(6) They are the ones that are using the scare tactic, twisting & manipulating things to

favor what they are saying to get what they want, which is to keep the money from

leaving out of circulation. Because they certainly will NEVER be able to provide you with

proof, facts & evidence that we did you wrong or anyone else wrong.

and you sign it and you tell us that you are sending the money the same day or the next

day but when you get to the bank or call the bank, you allow them to use the “scare

tactic” on you and you end up not sending the money. Please do not waste our time by

doing that. Please check with whoever you need to check with ahead of time or do

whatever you need to do ahead of time and when it’s time to sign the agreement and

pay the money, it will be a smooth process for you and us both.

We have had situations where people wasted a lot of our time, we spent a lot of time

with them and both parties agreed to get started but they allowed the “scare tactic” to be

used on them when they got to their bank or called their bank. And then they come back

to us and tell us things are “NOT TRUE” about why they didn’t finish the process and

send the money. It’s okay to tell us the truth, you can be honest with us if you decide not

to do it and we will still love you the same. It’s okay to tell us the truth if you choose to

follow the advice of your bank, we will still love you the same.

We have been doing this for a long time and people come and tell us all types of stories

about what happened and why they didn’t finish the process and send the money and

the things that they tell us are just not true. One of the main things that people come

back and tell us is…..my bank would not send the money because they said it’s fraud or

it could be fraud. Well, this is certainly not true. Your bank cannot tell you what to do

with your money and your bank certainly and 100% cannot prove that we commit fraud.

The real fraud is they have NO proof, facts and evidence of their claim(s) and they are

defaming our character and slandering us and our company. The real fraud is some of

the banks/bankers are the ones that are giving wrong & bad information, misleading,

withholding information and in some cases telling lies to you, the customer/client.

How does the lease to purchase program work?

It’s a walk a way lease, this means that you can turn the truck back in at any time and walk away from it all without having to continue to pay for it.

What do I have to pay when I get my truck(s)?

You will pay the down payment of an estimated $6,500 to $10,000. You will also have to pay for liability insurance, alsoknown as “bob tail” insurance. Each situation is different but it normally costs around $200 to $300 per month.

Do I need a CDL license to get a truck?

No, you don’t. You can be an investor and get a semi truck as long as you have your down payment money and you don’t have a recent bankruptcy.

Why does your address show a different company name?

Our address does show CEDRICKLEGGETT.COM, LLC but we also own another company and a ministry and we use the same building for all 3 but we have different offices inside of the building. You can verify this on the State of Georgia website.

There is no such thing as a perfect company. This is why millions of companies have a 4 to 4.5 out of 5 stars rating and consumers still do business with them because they see and understand that the majority of their clients are happy. However, we will always be upfront, transparent and honest with you. We hope & pray that our clients are the same way but that's just not always the case. Most of the time people will not be truthful or not tell the full story or both. We do have a handful of clients that are not happy, which makes up a very small percentage of our total clients. We have 4 clients that are not happy and it was due to our fault. We own up to it. We took full responsibility for it and we have either made it right with them or still working on making it right with them. We have 5 clients that were not happy due to their own faults and things that they did or did not do and when we declined "unreasonable" requests from them they get upset. This can lead to them being untruthful or not telling the full story or both. All businesses go through that same thing with clients. No company or business has a perfect 100% rating, unless they only have a few clients, and when those companies with the 100% ratings start to add more clients, it will for sure drop down, other than that it's impossible to have a perfect rating.

Please read the facts below...

(1) We have some clients that refused to listen to us and refused to follow our lead and it led to them creating problems for themselves and then they want to blame us.

(2) Some clients gave us bad trucks to work with, even though we advised them not to go that route, they did not listen to us and did it anyway and when the truck(s) didn't make much money due to mechanical issues, of course they made it be our fault, even though we warned them.

(3) Some clients purchase our program without consulting their partner, spouse, etc and when the other party found out, of course they wanted a refund and when we declined the refund, of course they go online, etc and lie, don't tell the full story, etc.

(4) Some clients had things come up in their life before their truck(s) got started and demanded a refund due to what came up in their life and when we declined the refund, of course they got upset.

(5) We have some clients that spend ALL of their profits from their truck(s) and when something is needed for their truck(s), they have no money to take care of it and then they want us to pay for it and when we decline “unreasonable requests” they get upset and try to blame us for their own mistakes.
